Dani Swan Bio

Dani Swan is an Australian-born, versatile SAG/AFTRA Performer and Business Woman currently based in USA with USA/Canada Visas.

Dani is an internationally known Dancer, Motion Capture Performer, Voice-over Artist/Actress, Accredited Pilates Practitioner and Creative Director/Producer represented by leading Hollywood Agents, VOX USA and the Team from Hummingbird PR.

Dani is the lead Actress, Motion Capture Artist and Producer in up and coming Sci Fi Franchise, ‘Cerulean’, by Tani Kunitake (Matrix, Star Wars Episode 8 ), and Grant Boucher (Titanic). She is also the Model for the Comic Book.  CERULEAN, under the Cyber Blue Productions umbrella, was recently the Face of the 2016 Australian Sci-Fi Festival at Fox Studios where the Team were interviewed on a Live Panel and Dani demonstrated her Movement for Motion Capture. Australia’s Number One Film Magazine, published an Article on her as ‘The One to watch’’.

Dani was Guest Judge and Creative Director on Caribbean’s Next Top Model Season 2/2 Episodes, Tyra Banks global Empire.

Dani worked with the Ladies on Movement – Using their bodies for Photography,  Mentoring the young Women on camera, Preparation for Commercial and Speaking Roles plus the Preparation and Presentation for the Audition process.

She has continued to enhance her skills in Dance, Pilates (she is a fully Accredited International Pilates Practitioner) and Movement Specialist ,training at Cirque School in Hollywood and The ROM School – Universal Studios, School for Performance Motion Capture, with Julienne Renee (Avatar, Beowulf) and Marc Morriseau (Resident Evil, Planet of the Apes) in Motion Capture. Her versatility to be used for Facial Scanning (Model), Movement/Motion Capture, Voice Over and Actress, has made her a desired Performer in the Gaming/Animation/ Film and Commercial Industry.

Dani has trained with acclaimed Acting Coaches and leading Dance/Movement Schools around the world. She studies with Hollywood Actor/Acting Coach Sandy Martin (Napoleon Dynamite) and American, English and European Dialect with Top Celebrity Voice Coach, Bob Corff. She is also a Graduate Actress of Screenwise, Sydney Academy Film and TV (SAFTV) and has trained with the National Institute of Dramatic Arts in Sydney (NIDA), Tony Bonner ( Man from Snowy River ) and Sydney Stage Combat.

She is a Graduate TV Presenter, hosting segments on Foxtel, Australia, for the ’Cirque Du Soleil’. Dani appeared on Channel 10 as the Face of Ferrari, and on ABC TV series ‘I ROCK’ as Actress, Sasha, and as the choreographer and most recently was the model for the Story Boards for the Hollywood Feature Film ‘Gods Of Egypt. ‘

Dani incorporates her strong movement background and Acting/Voice over into her roles. She had a Featured Role playing ‘Sasha’ while Choreographing and leading a team of Dancers in the Season Finale of the ABC’s ‘I Rock’. She has played lead Vampire in “Kai, was the Storyboard Model used for ‘Gods of Egypt’ and is the lead for ‘Cerulean’ by Tani Kunitake. Dani’s work has been entered into Film Festivals including Sydney’s Tropfest, Cannes Film festival and New York Film Festival winning best comedy.

Dani Swan has travelled the world not only as a Performer, but as a Choreographer, Creative Director and International Accredited Pilates Instructor – Her Movement and Dance is a collaboration of embracing all cultures and infusing them into her unique style of high Movement, Latin flavour and Contemporary. Her passion has followed her in to all mediums of Film, TV, Gaming (Motion Capture), Print, Stage and Commercials.

Training with Universal Studios and Jolene Renee (Avatar) in Motion Capture, Dani developed her unique niche of being able to Act, Model, Voice Over, and Perform the Movement, all for the same Character. Her versatility to be used for Facial Scanning (Model), Movement/Motion Capture, Voice Over, has ensured her as a desired Performer in the Gaming/Animation/ Film and Commercial Industry.

THE SWAN MOVEMENT Pty Ltd (launched in late 2016 ) is Dani’s Motion Capture and Movement Company which is now dominating the Corporate, Commercial and Film Markets.

Dani is Managing Director of Cyber Blue Productions LLC, Hollywood, CA and CEO of The Swan Movement PTY. She is on the Board for Performance Motion Capture Artists SAG-AFTRA and honorary member of  International Member of Dance Congress Paris, American Australian Associaition and Australian Film Network.

Advertising Agencies utilize her talents in both Movement/Model and her Choreography, bringing motion and using new media, for their creative content. Dani’s passion for Movement/Dance transcends into all fields of her work  whether it be in Video Games, Film, TV, Print or Stage.

2017 Launches Dani’s Company the Swan Movement PTY which specializes in Motion Capture and Movement for Commercial, Film, Stage and Corporate Conferences. Her movement and dance are a collaboration of embracing all cultures and infusing them into her unique style.  Her passion has taking her into all mediums of Film, TV, Gaming (Motion Capture), Print, Stage, and Commercials.

Throughout her Professional Career, she has continued her Modeling/Commercial work with International Labels, Photographers and Stage Shows.

In Commercial, Dani was the Face of Summer 2015 Campaign for Lotta Stenson NYC/LA and her creative content, where she collaborates both her Motion/Movement and Technology as both a Performer and Director, has gained an online and industry following.

She performed for the Australian American Association in Hollywood and her unique style of Dance and High Movement has been seen in her own Solo Show performing at high profile Venues.

Her Movement ability and knowledge, allows her to orchestrate much of her own Stunt Work and her versatility as a Performer, helps her to embrace all roles.
